A Platform-level key for 30 days, measured against criteria agreed at the start and read from the API's own endpoints. At day 30 you continue or stop.
Platform and Scale are arranged with us rather than bought with a card. A pilot is the way to start on Platform: you build against a production key for 30 days, and both sides judge it on the same numbers, which the API publishes itself. We agree the races, endpoints and targets in writing before day one, along with the pilot's terms.
/uptime.json,
/status, /v1/racing/closing-lines/coverage and
/v1/racing/results/coverage.Each criterion is read from a public endpoint or page, not from a report we write. The targets are the defaults; the races and endpoints they apply to are agreed at the start.
| Criterion | Target | Measured from |
|---|---|---|
| Coverage | ≥ 10 bookmakers quoting at the close on ≥ 95 % of the agreed Australian thoroughbred races | /v1/racing/closing-lines/coverage |
| Freshness | p90 time since last read ≤ 30 s during the Australian card | /data-quality |
| Results | Final within 15 minutes of the start for ≥ 95 % of races, each with a source | /v1/racing/results/coverage, /data-quality |
| Reliability | ≥ 99.5 % of external authenticated checks succeed, and p95 response time < 1 s on the agreed endpoints | /uptime.json, /status |
| Integration | First production call within 5 business days of the key being issued | Your key's usage, /v1/usage |
| Support | Support hours logged for the whole pilot | The log, shared with you at day 30 |
The pilot key is on the Platform plan, so what you build during the pilot is licensed on the Redistribution rung of section 8.1 of the terms: Platform adds the right to redistribute PuntersEdge data inside your own product, including to your own paying users, and without the attribution requirement. It remains a licence to use the data in your product, not a right to resell the feed itself as a competing data service.
The pilot ends at day 30. You continue on Platform at the price on the pricing page ($199/mo AUD), or you stop. There is no obligation either way.
The form asks what you are building, the volume and the data you need. A human replies.
