Names and spelling
- PuntersEdge, one word. Not Punters Edge, PuntersEdge.com.au or Punter's Edge.
- The product is the PuntersEdge Odds API (or the PuntersEdge API). The OpenAPI document titles itself PuntersEdge Odds API.
- The site is puntersedge.online and the API host is api.puntersedge.online. puntersedge.com.au is an unrelated site, and one published comparison has already linked it by mistake.
- Say what the feed is, not what it promises. It is odds data for informational and analytical use, for adults, with a responsible-gambling notice on every page. It is not a tipping service and it does not place bets.
- Bookmaker counts change. Write “14 Australian bookmakers as at 2026-09-18” and link the coverage report, rather than a bare number that will be wrong in a month.
Logos
The mark is the amber saddlecloth plate with the top-right corner cut, the same tile that sits in the site header. Vector files are outlined, so no font is needed to render them.
- Use the light-ground lockup on white or paper, the dark-ground lockup on dark surfaces, and the mark alone where a lockup would be smaller than about 140 pixels wide.
- Clear space around the mark is half the plate’s height. Minimum size: 16 pixels for the mark, about 140 pixels for a lockup.
- Do not recolour, stretch, rotate, add a shadow or place the mark on a busy photograph.
The badge
Sites and READMEs built on the API can carry an optional “Data powered by PuntersEdge” badge. Six SVG variants, embed snippets and what a listing gets in return are on the badge page.
