API and membership plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
We generally don't provide refunds for a billing period that has already started, since you retain full access to the service for that period. If you cancel, future renewals simply stop. We'd always rather sort out a problem than have you leave unhappy — so if something isn't working for you, contact us first.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot lawfully be excluded. If the service has a major problem — for example a significant failure to be of acceptable quality or to do what we said it would — you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy under the ACL, regardless of anything else on this page. Those rights always apply.
If you think you've been charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or a charge you don't recognise — get in touch with the email on your account and we'll review it promptly and put right any genuine error.
Manage or cancel your subscription any time through the Stripe billing portal linked from your account or confirmation email, or just email us and we'll take care of it.
