1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing puntersedge.online or subscribing to PuntersEdge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if we become aware you are under 18.

3. Nature of the Service

PuntersEdge provides data-driven sports analysis and betting tips. By subscribing you acknowledge and agree that:

• Tips are for informational and entertainment purposes only
• We do not guarantee any particular outcome or profit
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• Sports betting involves financial risk and you may lose money
• You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions
• The Service is not financial advice
• You should only bet what you can afford to lose

4. Subscription and Billing

• Members: AUD $29.00 per month, billed monthly in advance
• VIP: AUD $49.00 per month, billed monthly in advance (when available)
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
• You will receive access to the Members Telegram channel within minutes of successful payment

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal at billing.stripe.com. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Access to the Members channel will be removed at the end of the billing period

6. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at puntersedgeau@outlook.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

7. Responsible Gambling

We are committed to responsible gambling. We strongly encourage you to:

• Set a deposit limit with your bookmaker before placing any bets
• Only bet what you can afford to lose
• Take regular breaks from betting
• Never chase losses

We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions if we have reason to believe a subscriber has a gambling problem.

8. Intellectual Property and Data

PuntersEdge owns the software, website, branding, presentation, and the original analysis and derived works it creates — including its tips, models, arbitrage and value signals, and compiled odds-history. These original works may not be reproduced, redistributed or resold without our prior written permission.

Live bookmaker prices and other factual market data are facts drawn from publicly available information; PuntersEdge does not claim ownership of those underlying facts. Where you access odds or market data through the Service or our API, we grant you a licence to use that compiled feed in accordance with these Terms and your plan limits. We do not represent that you have any right to on-sell or redistribute third-party data, and you are responsible for your own compliance when using it.

9. Consumer Rights and Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those rights prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.

Subject to those rights, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, PuntersEdge is not liable for financial losses, damages or other losses arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on our tips or data. You are responsible for your own betting and commercial decisions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
