By accessing puntersedge.online or api.puntersedge.online, creating an API key, or subscribing to any PuntersEdge service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate access if we become aware you are under 18.
PuntersEdge provides developer-facing access to Australian bookmaker odds for racing and sports, historical pricing, results, derived data (such as best-price and value calculations) and related API functionality. In using the API you acknowledge and agree that:

We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions if we have reason to believe a subscriber has a gambling problem.
PuntersEdge owns the software, website, branding, presentation, and the original analysis and derived works it creates — including its tips, models, arbitrage and value signals, and compiled odds-history. Except as section 8.1 permits, these original works may not be reproduced, redistributed or resold without our prior written permission.
Live bookmaker prices and other factual market data are facts drawn from publicly available information; PuntersEdge does not claim ownership of those underlying facts. Where you access odds or market data through the Service or our API, we grant you a licence to use that compiled feed in accordance with these Terms and your plan limits.
Four licences are available. Which one you hold follows from your plan, and each one adds to the ones above it — a Platform key holds all four.
Plus and Business are different permissions, not different sizes of the same one. Plus lets you SHOW our prices in one product, and carries the commercial permission that product needs. Business lets you USE the data anywhere in your business, whether or not a price is ever displayed.
Products that complement ours — tipping, modelling, form analysis, backtesting — are still products: if you sell one, or use one in a business, you need the commercial licence. Run privately for your own betting, they sit inside personal use on any plan. If your use does not fit these four shapes, email hamish@punters-edge.com and we will put something in writing rather than leave you guessing.
On 15 September 2026 the licences in 8.1 replaced an earlier set, published on 8 September 2026, under which every plan carried the right to use the data commercially inside your own systems.
If your API key existed on 15 September 2026, you keep that earlier licence. It is attached to the key, not to the plan: you keep it if you upgrade, you keep it if you downgrade, and you keep it for as long as the key stays in continuous active use. Nothing you were already doing on 15 September 2026 needs a higher plan to carry on. That earlier licence is recorded against your key and we will confirm it in writing on request.
It does not survive the key. If a key is cancelled or deleted and a new one is created later, the new key starts under 8.1 as it stands at that time.
These licences are ours to give over our compiled feed and our derived works. They are not a warranty about the underlying bookmakers' own terms, about third-party data rights, or about the gambling, advertising and consumer law that applies where you and your users are located. You remain responsible for your own compliance in your own jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those rights prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.
Subject to those rights, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, PuntersEdge is not liable for financial losses, damages or other losses arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on our tips or data. You are responsible for your own betting and commercial decisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
