POST /v1/account/password

Works with a signed-in console session or the raw key. Setting a FIRST password needs nothing else — the caller already proved the account by holding the key or by redeeming an emailed link. Changing an existing one requires `current_password`; forgotten, the reset link from the login page is the path. Other devices are signed out; the session making this call (if any) stays signed in.
